  1. Cancellation Policy:
  2. Once a service is booked through the App, it cannot be canceled by the user. Users are encouraged to carefully review their booking details before confirming.
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of the service provider. In such cases, users will be notified promptly, and appropriate resolutions will be offered.
  • Refund Policy:
  1. Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed and delivered as agreed.
  2. If a recorded video service is not delivered within 24 hours or 1 hour (for expedited services) of the scheduled date, users may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team if you experience any delays, and they will assist you in processing the refund.
  3. Clients may be eligible for a full refund if the service was not provided during the call or chat despite payment being made.
  4. Refunds may also be issued if the reading was not delivered on time due to technical difficulties.
  5. Exclusions from Refunds: Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
  6. The service was completed as scheduled.
  7. Dissatisfaction with the content of the guidance or readings provided.
  8. Issues arising from user error, such as incorrect booking details.
  • Refund Process:
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Users will be notified of the status of their refund request via email.
  • Amendments to this Policy:

The Company reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or within the App.
